I am a 34 year old highly active female. I life vigorously for 1-2hours five days a week and do fasted cardio for 1-1.5 hours five days a week. And I m eating a very strict clean diet... Yet I never feel good. Today was especially worse I felt like I had a fever all day but when I checked I was 96.6 degrees F. Any info would be appreciated.

Welcome to healthcare magic. Have you done diet modiciations after consulting dietitian. You need to ensure your protein intake is adequate (1gm/Kg). When one reduces calorie intake, there is high probability your protein requirement is not met. You should have enough vitamins and minerals in your diet. Have plenty of fruits and salads in your diet. Drink lot of water. Your feverish feeling may be related to overexertion. Slow down a bit.
