Hello sir and welcome.

Only if the blood groups are the same and the Rh compatibility is different (for example one is A + while the other is A -), only then will there be an issue of what is called Rh incompatibility. Other than that, there should be no issue really. Please speak to your doctor in detail about what caused the issue in the first pregnancy, because I doubt it had anything to do with the blood group.
