Does Abortion Pill Effect Your Digestive System?

I had a medical abortion 3 weeks ago, and since then I have not had a normal BM. It has been 4 days since my last BM at all. I am not able to eat, however I do consume fluids, such as water and 100% apple juice. I am starting to have stomach pains and head aches. Could this be a side effect from the abortion pill?

Noted your history of having medical abortion by the pills 3 weeks ago. Since then there is no normal bowel movements, constipation for 4 days, unable to eat, taking only water and apple juice. Now started with stomach pains and headache.
Yes, this can be side effect of the abortion pill as well due to the abortion, changes due to all these.
I would advise you the following:
Get an appointment of a General Surgeon, get a clinical evaluation and examination for a clinical diagnosis and to get further tests as per the clinical judgement.
Get enema and laxatives to clear the bowel first and to have some relaxation,.
Colonoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen as may be required since there is constipation for 4 days which is not a normal incidence.
To avoid such hormonal manipulation in the future.
