Does Aloes Compound Help To Increase Bleeding During Periods?

I am 27 yrs old and married for 8 yrs with one kid. from last 7-8 months though my periods are regular but bleeding has reduced to almost nil now. I have been prescribed aloes compound. Will it help and are there any alternatives. can I continue to take it during my periods also.

Hi,

Aloes compound is an Ayurvedic medicine. It is known to stimulate normal ovulation menstrual cycle. Thus, it improves menstrual flow also. It can be tried for 3- 4 months. It needs to be taken 4-5 days before periods, till period starts and subsides.
