Does Amway Have Any Disadvantages On My Skin In Future?
i wanna increase my height and for this, i am taking Amway nutrilite protein powder and capsule named long looks, and is also doing exercise and have some protein enriched food like eggs,green vegetables etc. I am 20 yrs old girl.So does amway have any disadvantages on my skin or fatness in future?

Cannot say in your particular case. Generally it doesn't do all that much. Exercise, however, is very beneficial!
and.. a balanced diet including dairy, vegetables, fiber is important (especially the vegetables since the vitamin A involved in skin are found in vegetables).
