Does An Elderly Person Need Urgent Treatment After Hitting Her Forehead And Developing A Goose Egg And Bruise?

My granddaughter that is 23 months old fell and hit her forehead on the edge of a glass TV stand. A goose egg popped up and a tiny invention is right in the center it turned bluish in color. Pupils are round and reactive to light. She it is time for her nap should I let her sleep?

Hi,

It's always better to be safer, get the person examined. Usually if in case there is any intracranial bleed, there can be symptoms like headache, vomiting, nausea, unconscious, seizures etc.
