Does Anal Fissure, Weight Gain And Headache While Having Hypothyroidism Indicate Cancer?

i hav hypo thyroidism and hav a doubt that if im developing cancer bcoz of my unusal body symptoms like having pain in my palms etc i had also devloped anal fissure,hoarseness of voice, weight gain, pain in elbows and frequent headache caused by nerve buldging over certain area throughout scalp which fades away itself by time

I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Your symptoms of weight gain, headache, anal fissure does not indicate cancer. But you should go for ultrasound thyroid once to rule out any mass lesion. If ultrasound study is normal then nothing to worry. If you have any mass lesion then you should go for fine needle aspiration cytology. It will give you exact idea. Then plan accordingly.
