Does Anti Depressants Posses Side Effect Like Lethargy,dizziness, Nausea And Twitching Sharp Headache?

Hi I was just wondering I started taking anti depressants last night I felt fine before hand but this morning I m very lythegic dizzy nauseated and have twitching and sharp pains in my head could this be serious or do you think these are the side affects of the medication

Lethargy , dizziness and nausea are known side effects of anti depressants whereas twitching and sharp headache might not be related to the medication. I would recommend that you see a neurologist as soon as possible
