Hi Dr. : I m dentist & I read about VAPP .. VAPP cases are be categorized as either: 1) a recipient case: the patient must have received OPV 4 to 40 days prior to the onset of illness, or 2) a contact case: the patient must have had a contact with recent OPV recipients who received immunization 4 to 75 days before the onset of illness. However, receiving OPV more than 40 days or had a contact more than 75 days prior to the onset of symptoms does not preclude My Question : there s any VAPP occur after 45 days of receiving OPV & related to overdose OPV because I gave my daughter 3.5 years old 10 drops OPV instead of 2 drops as one shot as booster dose Best regards & I really appreciate your interest .
