in schools children are not allowed to play tick just in case they push a child over . they cant play skipping in case they get caught in the rope .teacher are not allowed to take a splinter out but after phone a parent . i am sure that a teacher should if already in a place of trust be able to decided if help is needed.

Yes it's stupid isn't it, it's the same within the NHS. There is so much bureaucracy. No point getting worked up about it though, it isn't as though we can change it.
