Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Atrial fibrillation you feel like heart is beating like irregularly. The steroid may be in epidural area increased blood pressure lead to palpitations. Other possibilities like hyperthyroidism or anemia or essential/anxiety tremor, etc. Please consult your doctor he will check once again, do ECHO cardiography then treat you accordingly. Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
