Does Bleeding After Unprotected Sex Indicate Pregnancy?

I had unsafe sex and took a morning after pill about 40 hours after having sex. I have had problems with my period sincr I had anorexia and my last normal period was august 25. Then I had a weird period (1 day long) september 25th. and then I had sex october 10th, when I was supposed to be ovulating. Anyway, after I had unsafe sex and took the morning after pill, plus overdose of vitamin c, I started bleeding but it was just a quick 1 hour thing or less. I would say it was judt. quick big spot of red blood. This happened monday night and I took the pill sunday evening. What does this bleeding mean? Could I be pregnant?

Hi..you must conduct a urine pregnancy test..and if positive go for a transvaginal ultrasound to rule out any possibility of miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy..further action to be taken accordingly.
