Does Bleeding In Pituitary Glands Cause Mood Swings?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...
My husband had bleeding of the pituitary gland approx two ago and is on reandron every 12weeks. I need to know whatother side affects of the bleeding of pituitary gland is there. Is one on them mode swings etc
Hello, I have gone carefully through your query and understood your cconcer. The apoplexy of the pituitary gland can cause insufficient production of the hormones that this gland is responsible for. In most of the cases patients need to take hydrocortisone, levothyroxine and testosterone. If the dose of one of the above mentioned hormones is not the right one, than different symptoms may occur depending on the hormone that lacks or is over dosage. You should see an endocrinologist in person and take proper suggestions regarding to hormone results. Kind regards, Dr.Mirjeta
