Does Blood Clot Like Area In Penis Require Medical Attention?

Hi there I notice a small blood clot like in the centre of my penis today. Its on both sides. One is slightly smaller than the other. It does not hurt or itching. I had sex this morning and noticed this in the afternoon. Shall I go and see my docter. please advice.
