Urethritis and such diseases also can cause similar discharge. This is surely not normal hence I would advise you the following: Consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and advise you further investigations to get the exact cause so that a proper management can be done. Get the tests of urine blood and semen done. Ultrasonography of abdomen particularly for genito-urinary system. Per-rectal digital palpation gives a lot of information about prostate and so on.
