Does Breast Pain Caused By A Fall Need Further Attention?

My significant other fell down about a week ago, she fell on her left side on her breast. When she got home she immediately put ice on it every 20 minutes on the hour. Then the second day she went ice and heat. It's been about seven days later and its better then the first few days but her breast still hurts. If she sneezes or coughs it hurts, I was wondering if she broke a rib behind the breast do you have any answers?

welcome to Health care magic.
1.Looks like its just a muscle pain.
2.As you are saint that its reducing over the time, Wait for couple of days.
3.See for any breathing difficulties excessive chest pain, if you have any - then get a chest x-ray as soon as possible.
4.No. It doest like there is break, as its more symptomatic.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
