Does Brown Discharge And Lower Back Pain Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi, I've been having brown discharge for 3 days off & on but it's light. On the 1st time I had lower back pain on my right side, what can be the cause of this?
I am sexually active (one partner) but was not planning on having a child. May it just be ovulation? I'm getting my period in 2 weeks

Its not sure sign and symptom of pregnancy it may be mid cycle ovulation bleeding and pain. if there is history of over due and f/b brown discharge and back pain then it can be missed abortion or normal implantation bleeding of normal on going pregnancy.
