Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Your periods are expected to start on 19th, you had spotting on 21st,had mild cramping of the stomach, nausea,on 28th.
The possibility is anemia, or infection,of course there is also possibility of pregnancy,it can be excluded by pregnancy test.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient hematinics, fluconazole, and cifixime.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
