Does Bruises And Tenderness At Certain Part S Of My Body After A Fall Need Medical Attention?
Hi I slipped and fell down while holding a whole full tray of cutlery on my back with the tray putting even more weight on my body. It s near my spine slightly to the right and is really soar. I have no bruises however it feels like it. Certain movements and positions really hurt. Do I need to go to the doctors or will it pass? Thanks
Hello, Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you had injury in your right back. It seems to me soft tissue injury. Its treatment is rest to part(immobilization). Putting ice is useful . You should not use it till it pains. Analgesic such as diclofenac will be of use for pain. You can take vitamin B-complex and C to promote healing. Eat fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. X-ray of back can be done to exclude fracture. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care.
