Does Bump Underside Shaft Of Penis Indicate STD?

Hello. I'm 26, 5'6, and 202lbs. 2 months ago I had 3 tiny bumps removed from my penis. The doctor didn't diagnose me with anything so I figured I was fine. I have a shiny red bump on the right underside shaft of penis now. It is irritated when rubbed against. I just had sexual intercourse unprotected 2 weeks ago. Does it sound like an STD?

thank you for query.removed bumps means it should be either molluscum or warts.Both can be transmitted either by skin to skin contact or as STD.It may be due to this intercourse or prior intercourse or due to contact with any other person.Please consult doctor for removal again if it is same or send photos and details to me .i will try to help you.Use condoms during intercourse though it may bot prevent transmission to others fully.you can get investigated for other stds also.You can get back for any clarifications with details.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and venereologist.
