I m a 51 year old white male, muscular and athletic. 5 -11 184 pounds. I eat well and don t drink or smoke. 8-10% bodyfat my blood pressure average today over 5 minutes was 134/72 Pre-hypertension, is that correct? Other than medications what can I change in my diet to lower it? Also is there proof of caffeine increasing my blood pressure? I haven t had any coffee for over 10 hours.
