Does Calcium Supplements Help Improve Height At The Age Of 20?

Hi, I am a 20 years guy from delhi. My height is 5"2' ... I want to grow my height a few inches longer... Can calcium sandoz tablets help me in this? Or i should have to do take some other tablets? I have done some exercises to increase my height but they went in vain. Plz answer me docs.

The intake of calcium sandoz tablets will help in strengthening your bones, regulate the calcium metabolism in the body and may indirectly aid in increment in height.
However, these tablets should be taken only under medical guidance, to avoid unwanted side effects of Hypercalcemia.
Also, please do not get influenced by any advertisement or health product which claim to boost your growth hormone & increase height...it may be harmful.

Make sure that you are taking a healthy & balanced diet, exercise regularly & avoid stress.
Protein rich diet like soya, groundnut, pulses, etc should be incorporated in your diet plan.
Consume more of natural diet like fresh fruits, green vegetables, milk, eggs, wheat, etc.
Avoid oily and junk food.
These measures will be helpful in improving your height.
