in my opinion nuts are loaded with lots and lots of health benefits.
like
1.cashew nut;- chestnuts are rich in starchy carbs and fibre, and in their raw form are a good source of
vitamin C. They're lower in protein than other nuts but make a useful contribution of
B vitamins including B6.its advisable to consume them raw without roasting.
2.Almonds;-this nuts are rich in calcium which will help you to keep your bone healthy.Almonds are also high in
vitamin E, a nutrient which helps to improve the condition and appearance of your skin.
so consuming them will help to reduce
cholesterol in blood.They also increase the level of good cholesterol which enables you to keep Heart problems away.
*Daily nuts can be taken with your morning breakfast 50-60 gms
But they can not effectively reduce your blood sugars.
For better control of blood sugar its advisable to take natural remedies like
1.fenugreek seed powder
2.bitter gourd juice
3.indian gooseberry juice.
this natural remedies will not have side effects and helps to control blood sugar.
