Does Cefiximine Has Any Effect On The Baby?

hi, i m shaweta, 30yrs old. now i m pregnent. my last LMP was 18th september. on 29th september due to asthmatic problem i i have taken some medicines like one tablet of wysolone 30mg,one tablet of cefieximine antibiotic. now i want to know from you that tese medicines have any adverse effect on my baby? should i abort it? can i continue my prenency? plz guide me

USUALLY IF THE MEDICINE AS YOU HAVE SAID IS IN FIRST TRIMESTER CAN AFFECT FETUS AND MAY CAUSE FETAL DEVELOPMENTAL ABNORMALITY.GET YOUR SERIAL USG SCAN TO CONFIRM THAT THEIR IS NO ABNORMALITY. YOU MAY NEED ABORTION IF IN USG ABNORMLITY COMES.
