Does Cervicitis Or Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Cause Delay In Period?

Hello, Last month I bled for one day. The 4 remaining days of my period was just spotting when I wiped. Every since ive been having period like cramps. Headaches. Andominal left sided discomfort. I am breastfeeding my 9 month old and my periods have been on time every since he was 3 months. Now my period is 4 days late. Ive had 2 negative pregnancy tests. Could cervicitis or PID cause delay in period. I think I have one of those. I see my doc today

Hi, I think cervicitis and pid can lead to delayed periods. Breast feeding can also lead to delay in periods. Get yourself examined by a gynecologist. You may need some antibiotics. Hope it helps.
