Does Chewing Tulasi Seeds Help Control Tobacco Addiction?

I like consuming tulasi seeds daily, I am putting about 2gms (approx) of tulasi seeds in my mouth and drink a lot of water daily morning, I hav a habit of chewing tobacco. I'm trying to get rid of it by replacing tulasi seeds in place of tabacco. Will this help me to give up chewing tobacco?

every thing helps you if you are motivated to quit it. tulsi seeds help you. there are the other things which helps you with it like chewing gum and also smoking cigarette which has no tobacco.
also drinking plenty of water helps you a lot.
also quit smoking in gradual manner if you have any difficulty.
any withdrawal features experienced by you then consult psychiatrist for help.
as there are certain medication which also helps you.
