My friend has very bad arthritis (she takes medicaiton for it) and drinks coke daily from as early as 8.00am. I am trying to get her off it but I have now given up. She is also quite obese but her GP has not told her to lose weight or to stop drinking coke. As a fairly intelligent person I know that coke is not good for the average person, but how bad is it for someone with arthritis?
