Hi,
The Letrazole your doctor has prescribed for induction of labor does not harm the baby. Don't worry.
Susten is progesterone. This is prescribed if there is progesterone deficiency or if you have had repeated miscarriages before. This is also not known to cause harm to the baby.

Yes there is a chance of having twins with Letrazole. However the risk is not very high. Normally the chance of conceiving twins is 1-2%. With Letrazole it is 3.4%.
Definitely you have more chances of conceiving a single bay. With Letrazole your chances of delivering a baby are around 28% provided semen analysis and fallopian tube patency tests are normal.

To increase your chances of conception maintain normal BMI, quit smoking ( if you're a smoker) and have intercourse at least three times in a week.

If you have any further concerns do contact me through Healthcare Magic.
