Does Concor Cor 2.5 Mg Cause Effects On My Sex Life?
hi.......iam 27year old guy, from the last 4-5 months iam facing blood pressure problem(140/80),my doctor advised me to take Concor COR 2.5mg 1/per day.Now a days my BP is under control,my question to you is ,consuming this tablet will create any side effects to my sexual life.
Hi. Concor or bisoprolol is a beta blocker that will have some effect on sexual life. This will be there only in few people and not in all. Erectile impotence, reduced libido, delayed ejaculation and difficult orgasms are well known sexual side effects of beta blockers. This is one reason why these drugs are generally not used only for blood pressure in young individuals. If you have any of these problems, consult your doctor and ask for a change of prescription to ARB drugs like losartan. Hope this helped.
