Does Consequent Miscarriages Be A Matter Of Concern?

My dad passed with alagille syndrome I'm just finding out not sure but guessing I don't have it. Do have heart condition, had one child n can't have anymore can't remember what it's called but something bout rh n my body was fighting baby n baby could have died .is this a symptom of the disease in females. Was also told had condition where there's no support in neck any serious trauma could leave me paralyzed. I'm 33 with one healthy daughter
