I take tegritol cr 300...Sir I use to eat gutkha earlier...is that the reson for the attack..For how many years shall i take the tablets..and i drink one beer in a month..is that ok or shall i stop that also... waiting for Ur valuable answer
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. In any case, beer and gutka are unhealthy. You should not use them. No doctor shall advice the other way round.
Gutka alone may not be reason for heart attack. Sedentary life style and other reasons must have caused it. As long your medicine is concerned, you should consult your doctor for further advice. He knows your physical and health conditions better than us and his advice should be treated as final word.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
