i accidentally cooked part of my plastic spatula which had melted onto the pan (it was all black and I could not see well) together with the vegetables i was cooking, and ate it. i am also about 7 weeks pregnant? how bad this is going to affect my fetus?

Hello Welcome to HCM Thanks for posting your query. I understand your concerns. Human body doesn't have those digestive enzymes that digest the plastic material. It will pass out of body through stools.
As you have eaten small bits of plastic, no need to worry. It will pass out of body as it is.
As it is not digested, it is not absorbed into blood. Your baby will not be affected.
