Hello doctor, M 21 by age and M from Nepal My question is I do masturbation daily or sometims twice a day. Now, I have a relationship going on and we are using condom and out ejaculation for prevention not to get my girlfriend pregnant. Q)I m affraid that my daily masturbation will effect on my sperm quality and quantity? Q) Is it safe to continue penetration once after 1st ejaculation? Q) How long does it take for the formation of healthy sperm? Q) what if I ejaculate inside at second ejaculation? Is it safe enough?

Yes, frequent masturbation can easily cause non-bacterial prostatitis, the infection can affect the prostate fluid, thus, the sperm quality and quantity will be decreased. It usually takes 3 months for a sperm to be mature. Both the frequent urination and excessive sex can make the prostate congestive which can lead to prostatitis.
