Does Delayed Period Indicate Pregnancy?

I think I may be pregnant because I am 2 weeks late for my period & this has never happened before. I m also on 3 new medications, I ve been on Prozac for 3 or 4 months & this is my first month of Propranolol & Trazadone. I m asking if there is anyway this could be caused my the medication or if I should seriously be worried.

Good day and thanks for your question. To know if you are pregnant or not, please kindly do a pregnancy test to confirm. Non of the drugs you are using would likely cause a delay in your menses.
