Does Delayed Period Indicate Sign Of Pregnancy?

I am three days late of my period, and I don t now if I m pregnant. I m only 16 and of course I don t want my parents to know. I asked a few of my friends and the only thing they said was if I haven t thrown up since sexual intercourse I m not pregnant. I m not really for sure if that s the only true sign of pregnancy. I havent taken a pregnancy test because I don t want my parents to see it. what do I do?

Hi,
If you had unprotected intercourse during your mid cycle the there is chances of pregnancy.
Delayed periods always not suggest pregnancy.
I would suggest you get urine pregnancy test.
It not necessary to do test at home if you does want your parents to see.You can get this test at primary care.Go for test at least it relives your anxiety.
If it is negative then need not worry and just wait for periods.
If positive I would suggest you discuss about this your parents.
