Does Diarrhea Caused By Eating Contaminated Cheese Get Cured On Its Own?

I have eaten Ruth s Pimento Cheese contaminated with Listeria and didn t know it was contaminated until I saw the recall! I was wondering its been 10 days since I have consumed it and for the past 3 days I have had diarrhea and stomach cramps. Will this go away and/or am I ok?

Investigations to be done : stool routine micro examination and occult blood test

Treatment that can be taken :
_Avoid excess spicy foods
_semisolid food more
_Ofloxacin and Ornidazole combination like broad spectrum antibiotic for five days
_maintain hydration with lots of water
_Take vital Z power with water to maintain electrolyte balance
