Does Dicloxacillin Cause Any Effect On Sperm Or Fertility?
My husband is currently on dicloxacillin, ciproflaxen, methadone & allegron for chronic pain, depression and osteomalytis in his spine. We would like to try and have a baby, but would these medications effect his sperm or fertility? Or cause any abnormalities? He has been on these medications for over two years and it looks like a very long term problem.

The methadone used on a chronic basis, like other opiates, can reduce testosterone levels and that can affect sperm count and sperm motility so if there's a problem he needs to have his testosterone levels checked.
The other medications you listed would have no effect on his fertility
