Hello,

Thank you for writing to us,

Brief answer -

Thinking of past and feel bad is not a mental problem.

Explained answer -

Everybody has past and everyone trying to forget all the shit happens in there life. Some peoples forget all that without telling to others but some peoples share with people and try to forget that.

That doesn't mean to having mental problem.

I had gone through your past as you described in your section. Would like to suggest something here.

You can't say its all over because you have 8 months old baby. And in relationship all you have to do is compromise at both end.

You and your husband have to compromise something for your baby.
And take another chance to relationship which could help for your baby future.

So, please think for your baby before taking any decision.

Or you should concern a good psychiatrist for more help.

Hope it will work for your relationship.

Take care.

Thanks & Regards,
Dr. Gaurav Prajapati
