Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You are actually having symptoms of
Hypothyroidism and in my opinion this is the result of discontinuing your thyroid pill. I deduce that your thyroid pill is
Levothyroxine. It is used to treat or prevent an enlarged thyroid gland. So, discontinuing this medication can produce an increase in the size of the thyroid above normal thyroid gland or diffuse
goitre. But you have a lump only on the right side of your thyroid and this is not a typical event of discontinuing Levothyroxine. So,my advice is to do the thyroid tests TSH, fT3, and fT4 and an thyroid
ultrasound to confirm Hypothyroidism and to see "what" is the lump on your right side of the thyroid gland. I suggest to consult physically your local
endocrinologist for the tests (hormone tests and ultrasound of the thyroid), the treatment and the follow up of your thyroid condition.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Elona Xhardo
