Does Eating Too Much Fibre Cause Constipation?

I'm 18, 5'10, and 165 with no previous medical issues. my poop was clear... now is liquid... light brown, and when I wiped, I found light pink blood...It feels a bit like i'm constipated... does it mean I just ate too much fiber? is this a diet issue.. or should I consult a doctor?

* Eating much fiber will not produce constipation .
The issue seems in relation with possible - intestine infection - alteration in gut flora mechanics - digestive enzyme disturbances - others .

Hope this clears your doubt.
