Hi,

Can't comment regarding cancer unless we do an endometrial biopsy. We can hope for the best. Not all endometrial thickening are cancerous the bleeding can be due to
1.  Infection in the vagina can cause bleed itself or lead to dryness and cause bleeding
2.  Dryness – infection, improper foreplay, dehydration, age factor, hormonal imbalance
3.  Benign or malignant polyp
4.  Bleeding disorders
5.  Eczema

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S.R.Raveendran, Sexologist
