Does Eucalyptus Oil Spray Case Allergic Rashes On Body?
I used diluted eucalyptus oil to spray on mattress and pillows to remove bed bugs or mites, I do not know if I am allergic to the oil, days later, got bad rash, hives, etc. all over my body and this lasted for over a month. Treated it with anti-histamine pills and diminished the hives. I was treated for urticaria (hives) when I was very young. Now am over 75 years old - did my allergy return? What to do?

yes, eucalyptus oil is very common in causing allergic contact and irritant contact dermatitis.
wash your bed sheet, pillow cover and cloths contaminated with this oil.
apply mid potent steroid + emollient twice daily .
take tab levocetirizine 5mg once daily.
