Does Eye Puffiness And Darkness Need Medical Attention?

I have a slight puffiness and darkness under my left eye,i do get a blocked nose now and then and have had siunitis on that side beforr.there is no ain ,viion problems or puss. Should I take allergy tablets or see a doctor? I just hope its not serious? Just a fee people notice the eye,tganks

THIS CAN BE ALLERGIC RHINITIS AND ALLERGIC CONJUNCTIVITIS. YOU CAN APPLY NASIBION NASAL DROP TWO TIMES DAILY AND-TAKE LEVOCETRIZINE5MG TABLET ONCE DAILY. CROMAL EYE DROP CAN BE APPLIED 2TIMES DAILY.
