hi
the chronology of events is you had a fall on your neck and the symtoms mentioned by you have been started right after that.
i would like to tell you this that hurting your neck can hurt the larynx of yours and this is the common pathway for the windpipe and food pipe.this larynx is made up of cartilages and hence these might get affected.
so for this you need to get evaluated completely by an ent specialist doctor and if required will have to do ct scan also.
regards
