Does Fenugreek Pill Cause Constipation?
I have been taking fenugreek pills to increase my milk production, 3 pills 3 times a day. My baby is 11 weeks old and went from having a bowel movement after every nursing period to only once every couple of days. Do you think this is from the fenugreek and is this dangerous?

This is not the actual constipation and this is not due to fenugreek, have more leafy vegetables, drink more water, be stress free, keep the daily habit of going to toilet even if you do not have such feeling still be inside for some time no need to exert the force, no matter if you do not pass the stool, this is no need to worry, have a nice day.
