Hello Flu like symptoms may be due to common cold or upper respiratory infection and this may be a mere coincidence that you developed flu like symptoms and oral sex ( after ). May be viral infection. Now about "ORAL SEX & HIV". Oral sex is a much less efficient mode of transmission of HIV infection. A number of studies have reported that the incidence of transmission of infection by oral sex among discordant for HIV is extremely low;indeed one study reported NO CASES among 239 men whose only risk was receptive orla sex ( intercourse) where 28% knew that their partner was HIV-infected ( but in your case female was an known case of about HIV STATUS ). So by oral sex HIV transmission is not possible because saliva contains ENDOGENOUS antiviral factors . So you are HIV free . Hope this will help you.
