Does Frequent Urination And Itching Indicate Fungal Infection?

Hi, I have been tested for Std s and even for any kind of fungal infection all tests have come back negative and I have been treated with anti-biotics but still have discharge accompanied by needing to pee often and an itching sensation that occurs only sometimes. I have absolutely no idea what the cause would be since i was treated with anti-biotics.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem can be due to change in vaginal PH and normal bacterial flora. In such case repeated fungal and bacterial infections are most likely.Even irritation can also occur. In such case you can use gels or intimate wash which normalizes vaginal PH and bacterial flora. It is also better to avoid irritants like soap to wash the genital area. You can use hypoallergic soap like cetaphil or warm water or saline instead of that.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
