Does Frequent Urination And Soreness In Breasts Indicate Pregnancy?

I got the morning after pill. I got my it was just a day late. It's over since last Friday. But my breasts are a little achy and I'm also peeing alot since my peroid ended. I took a test when I was the day late it came back negative. Am I just worrying myself sick.

If you haven't missed a period, but just had it come late, there is nothing to worry.
The emergency contraceptives have mild side-effects in some patients such as breast tenderness, irregular and heavier/lighter periods, headaches to name a few.
Do not worry. Just a note- a pregnancy test must be done optimally about 3-5 days after the missed period date. In case of any doubt a pelvic ultrasound is helpful.
