Does Frequent Urination With Pus Cells Occur Due To UI Or Kidney Stones?

Hello Doctor, I Gauri, i have problem of frequent urine infection. I have Kidney Stone of 3mm. now i am taking Nitrofur SR Tablets (100mg) (1 - every night) for 1 month & Doxy 1 L DR Forte - 2 tablets daily for five days.

I am facing problem of sudden paining, red & Pus cells come out at the time of urine. After 2-3 hours my pain automatically stopped. Please tell me is this problem is of Urine Infection or Kidney stone? and what i need to do?
