Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My daughter had her second dose of gardisil in September. 5 months later she felt a little cyst on her collarbone. We have taken her to a paediatrician and he said its nothing to worry about. Could this be related to gardisil? Can gardisil cause side effects months after it s taken? ......I have read up on the side effects of gardisil over the Internet and would like to know if its true
It is not related to Gardasil. It could be a swollen lymph node or bony spur. If the lump persists, you can consult a pediatrician and get yourself evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Wishing you all the best.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
